La Manzanilla to Cuastecomate: Very Active

This adventurous
two-day tour departs from La Manzanilla early in the
morning. We begin by heading toward Isla Iglesias where we
stop for a snack before embarking into open ocean. We head
out of protected Tenacatita Bay as we round Punta El
Estrecho toward the village of Cuastecomate. Just in time
for lunch, we land on the pristine beach of La Caleta el
Palmito, a protected cove surrounded by undeveloped
tropical deciduous forest. This will be our camp for the
night. Relax around camp or take a walk. We’ll enjoy a
gourmet dinner before turning in. Next day we’re off to
another secluded beach for some snorkeling on a fringing
reef and a snack before finishing our journey in
Cuastecomate. |

Careyes to Chamela: Very Active

|
|
|
We embark from the
Careyes resort and paddle toward the islands of Chamela
Bay. We’ll camp on Isla Cocinas where there will be plenty
of time for relaxing or snorkeling before a gourmet
dinner. The next day is a shorter paddle to the tiny
fishing village of Chamela. |

organic farm, where you’ll enjoy a wholesome breakfast
with illustrious host Mercedes Gargollo. |
