SPECIFIC DETAILS ON BOOKINGS FROM OUTSIDE MEXICO:
We accept checks at our U.S. address, or U.S. dollars, travelers checks, and pesos in Mexico. We use the current exchange rate for buying U.S. dollars with Mexican pesos on the date of transaction. Please have the following information ready upon booking: 1)what trip you want to do; 2) shoe sizes of everyone unless you have your own snorkeling equipment; 3)wetsuit size (s-xl); and 4) whether you want to be in double kayaks, singles, or both. Remember, if someone wants to go in a double with a guide that is also an option. To reserve your spot send a 50% deposit to Rock Springs National Bank, P.O. Box 880, Rock Springs, WY 82902-0880. HOW TO BOOK IN LA MANZANILLA AND HOW TO FIND US:
 

If you decide to just book in La Manzanilla you can find our office/apartment on the entrance road to La Manzanilla (km. 14) from Highway 200. We are the third house on the right, upstairs front apartment. Look for our sign in front! Our local number is 351-5341. You can also leave a note on the clipboard on the front door if no one is there. Or, you can find us at two other locations: 1) downtown office on the square; 2) at our beach camp heading toward Boca de Iguanas from La Manzanilla.  To find the downtown location, simply walk downtown; to find the beach location, look for the "Kayak Tours and Rentals" sign and all the sea kayaks under a ramada.  This is where we meet for all trips generally between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. depending on your preference.
 

 
Cancellations
No exceptions are made to our cancellation policy for any reason. All fees listed below are per person
 
Cancellation fees:

If you must cancel your trip, all payments will be refunded, less a fee. The cancellation policy is as follows (percentages refer to the amount you will receive back from your 50% deposit fee): If we receive notice of cancellation three months prior to trip, you will receive back 100%, two months: 50%, one month: 25%, less than a month: 0%.

NOTE:  In the event that you wish to change a tour and/or date for an already pre-scheduled tour, Immersion Adventures reserves the right to refuse crediting the deposit made for the pre-scheduled tour and date to count toward a different tour and date.  However, in the case that Immersion Adventures agrees to make such a change, only 50% of the amount of your deposit can be used as credit for this change; the remaining 50% of the deposit cannot be used as a credit for the change, and will be kept by Immersion Adventures as a processing and planning fee.

 
Immersion Adventures trip cancellation:

If Immersion Adventures cancels a trip for any reason, all of your money will be refunded, but our financial liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid and shall not be extended to cover any other costs incurred by the trip member.

 
Trip cancellation insurance:

Should you cancel your trip because of illness, injury, or death to a family member, this insurance protects all your deposits and payments for both air and land cost. If you purchase it within 7 days of the time that you sign up, you will also be covered for pre-existing conditions. If you are concerned about protecting your deposit, we strongly recommend the purchase of trip insurance. Travel Guard: (800)826-1300.

 
Itinerary changes:

We reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary if necessary due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. No refund is given if this occurs.
